Francisco Pabalan, M.D. is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who specializes in Refractive Cataract Surgery in which cataracts are not only removed but vision restored to an earlier time in life when patients could enjoy the outdoors, play sports, drive, read, or see the cell phone without dependence on glasses.
