RSA MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

Members of the Refractive Surgery Alliance Society are uniquely qualified to provide leadership in refractive surgery through education, research, co-management, patient care, and other activities. Surgeons who share these core values are welcome to renew their Membership in the Refractive Surgery Alliance Society.

All Refractive Surgery Alliance Society Members pay Annual Dues to maintain Membership. Non-Payment of Member Dues results in the suspension of Membership and all associated Member privileges in the Refractive Surgery Alliance Society. In the unlikely event, a Membership Renewal is declined, the 2024 Member Dues will be refunded in USD if paid.

RENEWAL OPTIONS:  “Practice” or “Individual”

RENEW AS A PRACTICE: Renewal as a “Practice” allows for your entire practice to take advantage of the RSA educational programs, meetings, and sharing of best practices & ideas, all while controlling the cost of multiple “Individual” Memberships within the same practice. A “Practice” is defined by a single street address. For the purpose of RSA Membership, “Physicians/Surgeons”, “Doctors of Philosophy”, “Optometrists”, “Technicians” and “Executives” are defined as working full-time at the same single street address as the Practice and are not independent contractors, to a practice. When selecting a “Practice Renewal” type, you will be contacted by an RSA Team Member and asked to provide the list of names and email addresses of your Team upon submission of your renewal.

RENEW AS AN INDIVIDUAL: Renewal as an “Individual” Surgeon/Physician, Optometrist, Technician, or Executive remains an option.
