PHYSICIAN CEO 2022

Find Out More…

Begins February 5, 2022

We receive hundreds of inquiries about the PHYSICIAN CEO Program every year, and complete discussions have been quite personal, and reveal the anxiety that many physicians face about managing the “business side” of their practice. Here are some common themes:

    • How important it is to be able to really understand their practice finances and interpret financial reports;
    • Most admit that they want to gain more confidence (and develop an edge!) when negotiating contracts with equipment dealers, pharmaceutical companies, outside experts such as advertising companies and telemarketers;
    • All want to better manage practice growth and gain insights to do a better job hiring (and firing!) office personnel;
    • Many express a need to understand their “Marketing” better. There is a clear gap in knowledge about what is “Advertising” and what is “Marketing”. Most physicians recognize the importance of knowing how to design and implement effective marketing programs, but do not have the requisite background to do so;
    • • Nearly everyone mentions that they need better skills to develop their practice growth strategy, and many say they want to be more “

In Control

    ” of their practice and their career.

While many physicians recognize the need to develop better executive business skills, most are challenged to make time to study business. A common comment is “How do I fit it into my already busy schedule?” The answer is by attending the PHYSICIAN CEO program. This program is offered exclusively to physicians and designed to accommodate a busy physician’s schedule and the accelerated format is appropriate to a physicians’ advanced learning abilities.

The PHYSICIAN CEO program is packed with high-quality, MBA-level content. The program addresses each of the topics above and is delivered by top faculty at one of the world’s top business schools. The main focus is on growing your practice! We firmly believe that Physicians must be the CEO of their practice! PHYSICIAN CEO’s must know how to oversee their practice managers, consultants, accountants, and staff to position their practice for growth. The PHYSICIAN CEO program combines business acumen with medical expertise to capitalize on Physicians leading their practices within the framework of a Physician’s values.

PHYSICIAN CEO’s are the cornerstone of a successful medical practice. Join us!

Forefront Refractive Surgery

June 23 – 26, 2022

Register Here!

“Forefront Refractive Surgery: LASIK, Presbyopia Correction & SMILE” is an exclusive course on advanced refractive surgery from London Vision Clinic. The aim of this course is to provide corneal refractive surgeons who are interested in starting or are already performing LASIK, PRESBYOND® Laser Blended Vision and small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) with a detailed description of all aspects of the three procedures.

The focus of the course will be on practical details and surgical pearls set against the backdrop of our experience of over 30,000 LASIK, 10,000 PRESBYOND and 8,000 SMILE procedures and research. Essentially, we consider this to be a surgical video-fellowship that enables the attendee to learn from complications as well as successes. Each aspect of the course is taught in granular detail so that the attendee will feel very well equipped to make improvements to their current practice or starting to perform LASIK, PRESBYOND and SMILE with a wide knowledge base to reduce the learning curve.

The educational content of the course has been approved by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, with a total of 20 CME points available (can be converted to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit).
