Hasan Naveed, BSc, MBBS, FRCOphth is a cornea, anterior segment and keratorefractive fellow at the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead UK. He completed his ophthalmology training in the Kent, Surrey and Sussex deanery including a TSC fellowship in Cornea and Anterior Segment Surgery at Frimley Park Hospital.
Dr Naveed is completing a subspecialty focus including cornea, external eye disease, cataract, and refractive surgery. Dr Naveed is active in academia, teaching and research, and has published over 25 papers in reputable journals worldwide. He is also passionate about digital technology, surgical innovation, education and simulation.
Dr Naveed serves on the Council of the British Society for Refractive Surgery, and was a past Chair of the Ophthalmologists-in-Training Group at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists.
