Eli Pratte, MD

Eli Pratte, MD is an Ophthalmology Resident at Washington University in St. Louis serving the greater St. Louis metropolitan area with a large referral network in the Midwest. He developed an interest in ophthalmology during medical school after considering the significant effect that vision has on quality of life. The optimization of vision through refractive surgery is a perfect example of how outstanding vision positively impacts our day-to-day lives.

A Missouri native, Dr. Pratte attended the University of Missouri – Columbia where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with Departmental and University Honors. He also attended medical school at the University Missouri – Columbia where he discovered his passion for ophthalmology and published multiple papers in the field.

Outside of medicine, he loves to spend time outdoors with his wife, his daughter, and their two dogs. They enjoy traveling, hiking, and exploring the many beautiful parks around St. Louis.
