Daniel Uthoff, FEBO was born in Kiel and came into contact with ophthalmology even as a child when refractive surgery crystallized as a branch of ophthalmology. Since then, he has been committed to this outstanding field of medicine. For this reason, during his specialist training under Prof. Schrage, he accompanied his medical work scientifically and continues to do so.
Since 2023, Dr Uthoff has been the medical director and managing director of the Augenklinik am Neumarkt, Cologne. Together with the two founders of the clinic, Dr. Kermani and Dr. Gerten, who both helped to shape and advance refractive surgery, Dr Uthoff now offers patients medicine at the highest level in this clinic.
