Noah’s experience in the healthcare industry spans over 15 years, where he has a proven ability to drive revenue growth, create strong client relationships and build high-performing teams and businesses. Since joining Heaton Eye Associates in 2014, HEA has grown to become the region’s largest multi-specialty ophthalmology group, utilizing the latest refractive and ophthalmic surgery technology across two ASCs and four clinics. Noah is committed to recruiting the best surgeons and providers to East Texas to provide the community with access to life-changing surgical care through the latest advancements in ophthalmology.
Noah has a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler and graduated Cum laude with a Master’s in Business Administration from Walden University.
Noah enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out with his family, and coaching basketball in his free time.
